Healthy Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas (make sure they are ripe)
- 3 The Loggie either Sugar Free or Coconut Sugar flavours
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 10ml of maple syrup (optional for sweeteness)
Method:
Mix everything into a blender and serve it cold.
